I. Working Principle of Industrial Oxygen Generators: Based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, using zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities by the zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation under pressure swing adsorption. A two-adsorption tower process is employed: one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, while the other tower desorbs and regenerates. Through PLC intelligent program control of pneumatic angle seat valves' opening and closing, the two towers cycle alternately, continuously producing high-purity oxygen.

IV. Components of the Complete Industrial Oxygen Generator System: Compressed air purification unit, air storage tank, oxygen-nitrogen separation device, oxygen buffer tank; if cylinder filling is required, an oxygen booster and filling device are added at the end.

V. Application Fields of Industrial Oxygen Generators:

Electric furnace steelmaking: Decarburization, oxygen-assisted combustion heating, foam slagging, metallurgical control, and subsequent heating. Wastewater treatment: Oxygen-enriched aeration of activated sludge, pond oxygenation, and ozone sterilization. Glass melting: Oxygen-assisted combustion and melting, cutting, increasing glass production, and extending furnace life. Petrochemical and chemical oxygen use: Oxygen-enriched air instead of air is used for oxidation reactions in petroleum and chemical processes, improving reaction speed and chemical product yield. Ore processing: Used in processes such as gold production to improve the extraction rate of precious metals. Aquaculture: Oxygen-enriched aeration increases dissolved oxygen in water, significantly improving fish yield, and can supply oxygen for live fish transport and intensive fish farming.
